At Taloh Skincare, we take great care in crafting our natural, 100% grass-fed tallow based skincare products using high-quality ingredients. Due to the nature of these products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we have a strict returns policy.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully when making your purchase.

Used or Opened Products

Due to hygiene standards and the natural composition of our skincare products, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on products that have been opened or used.

Once a product has been opened, it may be exposed to bacteria, air, or contamination that can affect the integrity and safety of the product. For this reason, opened skincare items cannot be returned or resold.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Allergic Reactions or Skin Sensitivities

Our products are made with natural ingredients, however individual skin sensitivities can occur. We recommend performing a patch test before full use.

We are unable to offer refunds for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
