Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

As our products are made in small batches to ensure care, freshness and quality, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer during busy periods. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are fixed for ease at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

We currently ship via Australia Post.

Estimated delivery timeframes within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note these delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, Taloh Skincare is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or peak holiday periods.

Lost or Missing Parcels

Once your parcel has been dispatched and tracking has been provided, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier.

Natural Product Disclaimer

Our products are made using natural ingredients including 100% grass-fed tallow. While they are carefully packaged to protect them during transit, temperature changes during shipping may occasionally affect the texture of natural skincare products. This does not impact the effectiveness or safety of the product.

We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over $99.00.
